Experienced customer care and retail leader.
Collate has wide experience of about 30 years, having worked with various esteemed organizations like Kenya Airways, Chloride Exide, Interior Designs Limited before joining Safaricom PLC where she has held key leadership roles in various capacities in Customer Care and Retail Shops for over 20 years.
She is a SACCO champion representing Moi Avenue Retail shop where she has recruited many members into the SACCO as well as promoting SACCO products.
Education & Qualifications
Collate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Kenya Methodist University (KEMU) and a Higher Diploma in Business Management from Kenya Institute of Management (KIM). She brings extensive experience in leadership, team management and customer retention to the credit committee.
